Dunkin' in Ingolstadt

Good donuts and friendly service. There is a star print for wrapping the donuts. Unfortunately, the entire glaze stuck in the bag and was no longer on the donut ... that can be upgraded.

Absolutely to be recommended. Very nicely decorated.

Now in the summer they unfortunately have no ice for cold drinks and have been for a long time. Every time you guess a puzzle, you stand in line in the hope of a cold drink and wait until you realize that there is no ice in stock again because the ice machine is broken! Why doesn't Dunkin Donuts manage to get the ice cream maker repaired? The 2 stars are only given because the staff are very friendly!

The staff is very friendly, the coffee okay but a bit too expensive. Jokes like normal milk cost 70 cents extra and are sometimes forgotten when it is very full (like just between the holidays). I would still have given 4 stars if the currently advertised coffee specialty were not sold out every time. Please just react to the apparently high demand.

We just had a very nice waitress called Feyza. Has made great recommendations. The filter coffee was also delicious!

The coffee doesn't taste good and is absolutely overpriced! The staff is friendly but has no idea at all! Once and never again!

Very good, numerous and diverse donuts. Although I'm not really a big fan of donuts, here I find some that I like to eat. Always my pleasure.

I am glad that there is finally a Dunkin Donat nearby. We only take boxes, hopefully next time there will also be delicious muffins.

Pictures speak more than a thousand words. Just bought in the NEW store in Ingolstadt Westpark. How can you cover icing donuts with paper and throw them in a bag? What a disappointment Never again! With a polite complaint at the counter, one learns that Dunkin Donuts stipulates that individual donuts should be packed in paper bags, regardless of whether or not you have to suck the icing out of the bag. Carton only from six pieces !!? But you could also save in the right place or promptly point out to the customer that you can then greet a "glazed baaz" when unpacking the pastries at home. Thank you very much too !! The seller herself is also upset by these plans _ - just because of many complaints! New goods - in the box - and then two to apologize on top. Great woman Polite and competently regulated! Perhaps this complaint will help make it more pleasant for all of us and encourage a billion dollar company to optimize ... In the USA 🇺🇸 this smear would not have been too hard! Enjoy the meal So far - so next time!
